Technical Support

We don’t stop once it’s done. All our solutions are provided with at least 1-year warranty and we will assist you to find and resolve any issue that may bother you. Our technical support is equipped with Standard Operating Procedure and follow strict guide to quickly isolate the issue until the system is resumed normal. Dedicated managed service is also available separately.
